INJECTION

Injection is often referred to as the 'shot' or 'jab' in English, is


the process of introducing the liquid into the body using a needle.
Injections are usually done to achieve a specific medical purpose.
Starting from healing, to prevention of disease. Fluids given through
injection will usually be tailored to what the body needs, or
prescribed by a doctor.
Injection aims to incorporate the drug into the patient's body.
Administration of drugs by injection is done when:
 It takes strong drugs work, fast and complete.
 Impaired drug absorption in the gastrointestinal tract by food or
drugs destroyed by stomach acid, so it can not be given orally.
 The drug is not absorbed by the gut.
How to Make Injection???

Here are some types of existing injection in the medical world, and how to do
it:
1. Intravenous Injection
Intravenous injection is an injection that involves inserting a needle directly into
a vein, and fluid entered will be sent directly to the bloodstream
2. Intramuscular Injection
Injection intramuscular injection is performed to deliver a substance into the
muscle, with the aim to be absorbed quickly by the blood vessels.
3. Subcutaneous Injection
In the process of subcutaneous injections, medication or fluid to
be delivered to the tissue between the skin and muscle
4. intradermal injection
In the intradermal injection, the drug is sent directly into the
dermis, the layer immediately below the epidermis of the skin
5. Injection Depot
Injection depot injection is done to keep the medicine in the local
mass, called the depot, to then gradually absorbed by the
surrounding tissue.
