This section is composed of three subparts:
• Introduction – Simple introduction of what do you mean by
statement of the problem
• The Problem – Define and explain the problem you aim to
solve in details.
• The Solution – Define and explain the proposed solution for
the problem in details.

Statement of the Problem


• This section shows your targets, aims, and the outcomes
by which your problem must achieve in solving the
problems
• You should include a little introduction on the meaning of
goals and objectives
• After the introduction, simply enumerate the goals and then
the objectives in a single title- Goals and Objectives
(Center | Bold)

Goals and Objectives


• The title is: Beneficiaries (Center | Bold)
• This section contains the persons who benefit from your
proposed project, when approved.
• There are:
• Direct Beneficiaries – Persons who immediately and
primarily receive benefits from the project
• Indirect Beneficiaries – Persons who receive benefit in
favor of the primary/direct beneficiaries

• This section contains the detailed explanation and
revelation of the proposed project.
• In writing, describe your project comprehensively,
concisely, and clearly.
• You may include photos, sketches, drawings,
measurements, table analysis.

Project Description
• The title is: Budget Plan (Center | Bold)
• This section includes:
• Equipment and Materials – Expenses for materials and
tools
• Direct Labor – Expenses for workers/ wage/ salary/ labor
• Travel and Miscellaneous – Transportation and snacks
• Total – Total budget proposal
• NOTE – Do this in a tabular form
• After the tabular form, explain the details of each
subsection in paragraphs.

Budget Plan
• The title is: Methodology (Center | Bold)
• This section reveals the way you will be doing the project
in actual human effort and performance
• It should include all the details you need to follow in a
step by step process in achieving the project’s
completion.

Methodology
• The title is: Executive Summary (Center | Bold)
• This section shows the entire document in a single page.
• It must include all the necessary details you need to let
your readers to know.

Executive Summary
• The title is: Final Remarks (Center | Bold)
• This section is the last piece of your document in which
you are about to say whatever you wish your reader to
know. You may persuade the readers more, thank your
group mates and other essential persons.
• You may also share your learning
• ANYTHING THAT WILL GIVE YOU A GOOD LAST
IMPRESSION

Final Remarks
• Each group is expected to present their Project Proposal
in a panel composed of a chairman and two members to
decide for the approval or disapproval of the proposal.
• Power point Presentation is a means to be used.
• In the flow of your presentation, only put the necessary
details like that of the main titles.
• Explain your presentation, don’t let your panel read,
watch and so, reject your project.
