Experimental Shutter Speed

My intent was
to capture the
water as it
squirted out of
a bottle.
I didn’t do this
as the
camera’s focus
is on the water
droplets in the
air instead of
the stream.
The shutter
speed is
1/4000 in this
photo, to
freeze the
motion of the
water.
In this photo,
my intention
was to draw a
question mark
with the light
on my phone.
I succeeded in
this as the
question mark
is easily
identifiable
and the
background is
dark enough.

seconds, to
allow the light
to stream.
My intention

photo was
to draw a
spiral.

was a
success and
the
background
isn’t milky.

Luke writing

background is
very low-light
and I like the
different
colours of
lights in the
background.
