BUSINESS LETTER
- is usually a letter from one
company to another or between
such organizations and their
customers, clients and other
external parties.
1. DATE - It is the date of
writing.
2. GREETING/SALUTATION - It
usually begins with the word
“Dear” and always includes the
person's last name.
3. BODY - It is the main part of
the business letter which explains
why you are writing.
4. HEADING- It bears the
address of the letter sender or the
company's name and address.
5. COMPLIMENTARY CLOSE -
A short, polite closing which
always ends with a comma.
6. SIGNATURE - It is where your
complete name appears in capital
letters.
7. INSIDE ADDRESS- It gives
the address of the recipient of the
letter.
