Introduction
The purpose of this system is to provide the complete details
of the stock available with the organization, this system will
also help the organization about tracking of stock supply,
stock availability and stock delivery also which will help in
tracking the stock available at different store and warehouse
of the organization. This system also help to track the
stocks/goods with respect to demands supply.
Administration just have to import and get the stock
information from the system where the system dashboard
will give the complete information about the stock
availability, demand vs supply of stock, insourcing details of
stock, etc.
Problem Statement
To maintain and know the exact material available at each
center, what has been dispatched against the demand,
record/tally material reached the last location
Organization does not have a track on goods supply on
various item, or supply to various store working under it.
They are facing issue to keep track on goods punches from
different companies.
Literature Survey
The enterprise resource planning (ERP) software market has been
growing at a very fast pace over the last few years and has been
predicted to keep growing rapidly in the long term.
We found that the ERP implementations that are going on in Ireland[1]
at the moment are different to the projects that have been reported
elsewhere in two key respects.
Firstly, the organizations interested in ERP software are, on average,
far smaller than the case studies reported in the literature and the
majority of the cases we reviewed were small and medium enterprises
(SMEs).
Secondly, the durations of implementation were far shorter than
reported elsewhere.

In this system development, to overcome the issues with stock and goods, we are
planning the stock master for the system with stock type, stock with different units of
measurement etc.
With stock category listing and type it will clear out the stock availability to client.

To keep the tracking and the status of goods supply with different category, we are
developing the master system with goods inward process.
Also creating a system master for goods requirement, which help the end user on
requirements of goods.
