Background
Currently PDAM Surya Sembada
Surabaya reffering the occupational
health and safety management
systems Ministry of manpower rules
No.05 as the base for occupational
health and safety. However, there is
a need to improve the OHS quality in
order to maintain the health standard
and to prevent accident during works.

Management Systems
OHSMS is a part of the general management
system that includes organization structure
planning, responsibilities, implementations,
procedures, and resources in order to safely
manage the risk that related to work activities.
ISO 45001:2018
ISO 45001:2018 is the international standard that set the
OHSMS requirements as instructions for enabling an
organization to proactively fix OHS performance in
preventing work accident and adverse effects related to
health. All the regulations are intended to be integrated into
the organizations management process.
