Consumer behaviour refers to the behaviour
that consumers display in searching for
purchasing, using evaluating and disposing of
products and service that they expect will
satisfy their needs. The study of consumer
behaviour is the study of how individuals make
decisions to spend their available resources
( time, money, effort ) on consumption related
items.

 Interpretation-Here are the price and pack which


the consumers required. In this chart we see there are
the 8 Slices with the price of 15 are the most require
by the consumers.
 Most number of the respondents is the Home Maker with the average of 30.2%
who fills the questioner. Because they are interested to fill the questioners.
 In this survey I found that there is the Bonn bread which is most prefers by
the consumers. Here are the 48.1% consumers which are preferred of Bonn
bread.
 In this study I found that there are the White Bread and Brown Bread are the
most consume by the consumers.
 And I also find that the consumers are buying Bread without watching any
advertising. Here are the 51.9% responses Says that they are no watching any
advertising before buy bread.
 This study the consumers are happy with the service of Bonn Brown Bread
and there are 79.2% consumers are says that they recommend to others,
depending on the past experience.
 In this study I found that there are the most of the consumers are ready to buy
a Brown bread small pack if it is available in the market.
 Consumers also prefer the price and pack which they are required of Brown
Bread Small pack. Most of the consumers are required 8 Slices with the price
of 15.
 In the study I found that the consumers are very happy with the supply of
Bonn Bread.
 Bonn Company should focus on the bread packaging,
because the kitty has better packaging of bread.

 They also focus on their biscuits adds, because there are


very few consumers in this study know about the Bonn
Biscuits.

 They also focus on the Brown Bread.

 Company should launch brown bread small pack in the


market.

 Company should focus in rural areas because in the rural


areas there is less demand of Bonn Bread.

 Company should create good relation with the retailers.
