Definition:

• Gazette
-Gazette is an announcement in official journal
-Gazette also is a notice, order or notification in a
specific government publication.

• Gazette Plan
-Gazette plan is a plan showing specific boundaries or
other spatial information as specified in the main gazette.
Who will be consolidated notices, orders or
notification fot the gazette according to NLC?

• The state director, the registrar or land administrator may

consolidate notificatinons in the gazette.

• Such consolidated notification shall be deemed to

constitute a good and sufficient in the gazette.

- Published on the state authority

• Gazette of the freedom

- Published by the federal authority
Sources to prepare a gazette plan

• Existing certified plan

• Existing miscellaneous plan
• Compilation
• New survey
Compilation
• If gazette plan from the certified plan, linear
misclosure of that plan shall not less than 1:4000

New survey
• If do not have existing plan, field survey shall be
carried out and the linear miscosure of the lot is
below than 1:4000
