@ MIL is interested in manufacturing larger motors (50-150 horsepower range) now,
which they have never done before.
@ Hence the project team will have to consist of individuals who either have the
experience of handling the production of larger motors or who have the technical
expertise to plan and carry out such production.
@ They need people who have expertise at designing power trim system.
@ 3 major jobs / functions will need to be fulfilled namely designing the power trim
system which will require design experts, designing and building equipment for the
system which will require mechanical engineers & development of operations to
install the system which will require good project engineers at the operational level.
@ Will also require restructuring the already existing marketing team so that it can be
oriented to market the new motors

construction with senior site staff regularly and taking necessary corrective actions required to meet
 the project program.
´ Focus on alue engineering, cost control and meeting profitability improvement targets.
 ´ Reviewing the executing methods, resources, sequencing, testing and commissioning parameters
based on technical specifications.
 ´ Reviewing all purchase orders with regard to technical requirements, delivery schedules and
commercial terms prior to signing.
 ´ Issuing necessary instruction to sub contractors/suppliers on all contractual matters.
