- Suitable for small crushers
- Cylindrical shape perforated steel cylinders or drum which
keeps rotating during screening
- Crushed stone from crusher is fed from one end and
screened from various size opening of perforated screen

- Suitable for
washing and
screening sand
and gravel.
- Simple and slow
operation

2) Vibrating Screen :
- Suitable for large crushers
- Screens(deck) are installed one above another.
- Vibrating mechanism fitted to steel frame holding screen
- All screens vibrate simultaneously and screening done
- Screen slightly slope from receiving end to discharging end

- The slope combined with

vibrating effect causes
aggregate to flow over
screen
