To define the pay philosophy and design the pay strategy for Sri City to be able to attract, retain and motivate talent
keeping in mind
- Lack of precedents as it is the first company owned toothbrush manufacturing factory
- Remote location of the factory
- Extremely competitive labour market due to FMCG manufacturing units set up in the same location and
- Difficulty in attracting talent from family owned community network-based job scenario
