 It is assumed that : ABC company has 1000000 shares as
authorized capital and issued 200000 shares at 1$ Application
date 1 April to 1 May
 Client A : A applied for 20000 shares and paid 20000 cash and
agreed upon 20000
 Client B : B applied for 100000 shares and paid 30000 cash and
agreed upon 20000
 Client C : C applied for 70000 shares and paid 10000 cash and
agreed upon 40000 and decided to pay 30000 in allotment
 Client D : D applied for 50000 shares and paid 5000 cash and
agreed upon 25000 shares he decided to pay 10000 in
allotment and the remaining as first call
 Client E : E applied for 50000 shares paid 10000 cash and agreed
upon 35000 he decided to pay 10000 in allotment and 5000 as
first call and the remaining as last call

Over subscription
 When we have over subscription we have two options :
 Refunding back to subscribers
