 An organisation inaugurated in 2006 as an
institute and transformed into a foundation
in 2007 and further reinforced in 2009.
 It provides an umbrella to investors,
entrepreneurs/companies, institutes and
individuals to enhance their potentials to be

Poverty Alleviation
NFRD’s Contribution
 Has over 300 people on its payroll.
 Another 1500 people are employed in various
constructional projects of NFRD.
 Has supported (financial and management) around 50
Entrepreneurs in different fields helping them establish
their business. All of them have subsequently employed
hundreds of more people.
 Has trained over 5500 workers in various disciplines,
related to construction and management.

Earth Quake
 Has provided free of cost designing facilities for the EQ
victims.
 Has provided Rs. 5 million in cash for the rehabilitation
of EQ victims.

Floods 2010
 Has adopted a two pronged approach to deal with the
latest calamity of flood.
 Relief to the affectees
 Rehabilitation of the victims
 Has provided goods worth over Rs. 71 million to Islamic
Relief on “no profit no loss basis”.
 For rehabilitation of the flood victims, has collected Rs.
2.2 million to be distributed for the construction of low
cost housing.

Floods 2010
 Has dedicated its design and consultancy wing for “Free
Designing” of low cost houses.
 Has joined hands with Pak-Turk Association for the
construction of a school in flood hit areas.
