What is CBT?

ROLE OF A TRAINER
1. Serves as team member to determine what is to be learned.
2. Stimulates trainee’s motivation.
3. Manages learning: consultation rather than a provider of information; a
facilitator of the learning.

6. Assist learners to obtain individualized rewards.

ROLE OF A TRAINEE

Rice’s Event Management Incorporated possesses a unique event strategy for


the 10th Anniversary of International Medical Practitioner as far as money is
concern. Having qualified and experienced professionals. GREM can claim a
perfection of work through continuous struggled and hard work. After a long
journey in the field of events management GREM is able to understand the
needs of customers. Among the various available means of organizing events
in the contemporary world, the new and exciting event medium is always
alive.

The target attendees of this event will be the 1000 participants coming from
52 countries worldwide. This event will be held at Iriga Plaza Convention
Center, Iriga City that will be hosted by Medical Practitioner Philippines
(Camarines Sur Chapter) on February 12 to 16, 2013. This is to enhance the
delegates’ knowledge in medical practices and to augment their socializing
capabilities through the brilliant ideas of Rice’s Events Management
Incorporated.
Objective of the Event ,Theme and Scope –This must provide the answer
to the 5 Ws.
1. WHY is the event being held? There must be compelling reasons that
confirm the importance and viability of holding an event.
2. WHO will be the stakeholders in the event? These include internal
stakeholders such as the board of directors, committee, staff and
audience or guests, and external stakeholders such as media and
politicians.
3. WHEN will be the event held? Is there sufficient time to research and
plan the event ?
4. WHERE will be the event be staged ? The choice of
venue must represent the best compromise between the
organization needs of the event, audience comfort,
accessibility and cost.
5. WHAT is the event content or product? This must
match the needs , wants, desires and expectations of the
audience and must synergize with the why, who, when,
and where of the event.
