• Once an employment plan is set, every organization turns its
attention towards hiring the right people for the right job
• Organizations wants to expose as much information as
possible to attract candidates who demonstrate best skills,
knowledge and abilities to successfully perform the job.
• Companies use different ways to locate and attract such
candidates
• Creativity in searching for job candidates continues to gain
momentum

talent and encouraging them to apply and by always looking

The main goals of recruiting are
1) Attracting qualified candidates
2) Discouraging the unqualified candidates
3) Communicate the position in such a way that job seekers

potential candidates instantly
• Microsoft attracts and retains IT workers raising their salaries
over time
• Interwoven offers it’s engineers 2 year lease on a BMW Z3
• Onlink Technology advertises job opening through airplane
banners
• Some recruiters offer the corporate jet for a weekend to their
potential candidate to think about accepting their job

their company through quickly process.

• Provides Opportunities to 250 interns from 76 universities.
• Later this program was passed to Telenor Pakistan's
Ambassador Program.
2. In new castle University, England:
• Companies get profile of students.
• Companies pay their all financial expenses.
• Offer the job after completion the degree.

• In 2005 it contacted Iqra university and IMStudies to send
students for interview.
4. LUMS university Lahore:
• Companies offer project to students.
• Companies also offer them credit cards and financial loans.
