asosasyon na mag ratify ng Constitution
and By-laws at magdaos ng General
Assembly upang maghalal ng bagong
pamunuan.

QCPSTA at dito unang nahalal na pangulo
si France Castro (ngayon ay kinatawan
na ng ACT Partylist sa Kongreso)
• 2003 Lubos na pagkilala ng PPSTA sa
QCPSTA sa pamumuno ni France Castro at
pinagkaloob ang Php1.08 Million na naipon
na chapter honorarium nito.
