 Title Explanation:
An online attendance management system is an innovative way to monitor and
track the attendance of students.
It is maintained on the daily basis of their attendance.
The staff will be provided with the separate username & password to make the
student’s status.
Attendance management system is software developed for maintaining the
attendance of the student on the daily basis in the college.
This project is developed in python to given an alert to the student regarding the
percentage in their attendance. Thus it helps student to maintain their attendance.

Abstract:
A online student Attendance management system is important to every single
organization, it can decide whether or not an organization such as education
institution public, private sector will be successful in the future. Organization will
have to keep to track of people within the organization such as employee and
student attendance during lecture period has become a difficult challenge.
The ability to compute the attendance percentage become a major task as
manual computation produces error and wastes a lot of time for the student reason,
an efficient for python application for attendance management system is designed
to display a student’s attendance in a class.
Attendance management system deals with the maintenance of the student's
attendance details. It generates the attendance of the student on basis of presence in
class. It is maintained on the daily basis of their attendance. The staffs will be
provided with the separate username & password to make the student's status

Existing System:
Existing system is a manual entry for the students.
The human effect is more here.
The retrieval of the information is not as the records are maintained in the hand written registers.
Dis Advantages:
It will be a tough work to maintain the record for user.
Here the attendance will be carried out in the hand written register.
Suppose the wrong inputs are entered, the application resist to work.so the user find it difficult to
use.

 Proposed System:
The proposed system user friendly because retrieved and storing data is fast and data is
maintained efficiently.
The proposed of the developing attendance management system is computerized the
tradition way of taking attendance.
This project aims to reduce the paper work and saving time to generate accurate results from
the student’s attendance. The system provides with the best user interface.
Another propose for developing this software is to generate report automatically at the end
of the session or in the between of the session.
Advantage:
Non-expensive application which can used by everyone.
Easy to communicate with staffs and students.
Easy to maintaining the student’s record.

Module Explanation:
ADMIN:
The admin can login with username and password.
Admin can able to enquire view, edit or delete the contents of the application.
Admin can view the staff list table and student list table.
Separate login is used for admin.

STAFF REGISTRATION:
The staff will login to the application by registering in to it.
They will create username, password for students.
Staff will be able to update the attendance information.
STUDENT REGISTRATION:
The student can able to login using the id created by the staff and can able to view the attendance
information.
