TOKEN OF

LOVE.
JOHN 12:1-8
Then, six days before the
Passover, Jesus came to
Bethany, where Lazarus was
who had been dead, whom He
had raised from the dead
JOHN 12:1-8
2 There they made Him a
supper; and Martha
served, but Lazarus was
one of those who sat at the
table with Him.
JOHN 12:1-8
3 Then Mary took a pound of very
costly oil of spikenard, anointed
the feet of Jesus, and wiped His
feet with her hair. And the house
was filled with the fragrance of the
oil.
JOHN 12:1-8
4 But one of His
disciples, Judas Iscariot,
Simon’s son, who would
betray Him, said,
JOHN 12:1-8
5 “Why was this fragrant
oil not sold for three
hundred denarii and given
to the poor?”
JOHN 12:1-8
6 This he said, not that he
cared for the poor, but
because he was a thief, and
had the money box; and he
used to take what was put in it.
JOHN 12:1-8
7 But Jesus said, “Let
her alone; she has
kept this for the day of
My burial.
JOHN 12:1-8
8 For the poor you
have with you always,
but Me you do not have
always.”
JUAN 12:1-8 (MBBTAG)
Anim na araw bago sumapit
ang Pista ng Paskwa, si Jesus
ay nagpunta sa Bethania,
kung saan nakatira si Lazaro na
kanyang muling binuhay.
JUAN 12:1-8 (MBBTAG)
2 Isang hapunan ang inihanda
roon para sa kanya. Si Lazaro ay
isa sa mga kasalo ni Jesus
samantalang si Martha naman ay
tumutulong sa paglilingkod sa
kanila.
JUAN 12:1-8 (MBBTAG)
3 Kumuha naman si Maria ng isang bote
ng mamahaling pabangong galing sa
katas ng dalisay na nardo, at ibinuhos sa
mga paa ni Jesus. Pagkatapos, pinunasan
niya ang mga ito ng kanyang buhok. At
napuno ang buong bahay ng halimuyak ng
pabango.
JUAN 12:1-8 (MBBTAG)
4 Ito'y pinuna ni Judas
Iscariote, ang alagad na
magkakanulo sa kanya.
Sinabi niya,
JUAN 12:1-8 (MBBTAG)
5 “Bakit hindi na lamang ipinagbili
ang pabango at ibinigay sa mga
dukha ang pinagbilhan?
Maaaring umabot sa tatlong
daang salaping pilak ang halaga
ng pabangong iyan!”
JUAN 12:1-8 (MBBTAG)
6 Sinabi iyon ni Judas, hindi dahil
sa siya'y may malasakit sa mga
dukha, kundi dahil sa siya'y
magnanakaw. Siya ang
tagapagdala ng kanilang salapi, at
madalas niyang kinukupitan ito.
JUAN 12:1-8 (MBBTAG)
7 Ngunit sinabi ni Jesus,
“Pabayaan ninyo siya!
Hayaan ninyong ilaan niya
ito para sa araw ng aking
libing.
JUAN 12:1-8 (MBBTAG)
8 Habang panaho'y kasama
ninyo ang mga dukha,
ngunit ako'y hindi ninyo
kasama habang panahon.”
