ABSTRACT
 Medical Store management system project
used to maintain and track medicine stock
inventory detail and store customer and bill
detail for medical store in send message
through phone.
EXISTING SYSTEM
Problem To maintain record of daily
transaction.
They have work load so they also have
problem in dealing with their customer.
At the end of the they also have problem in
calculating their profit, Sales, purchase etc.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
Add, delete Update any product
Cashier can only search the product and make
the bill
Can see the list of product
Other staff can mark their attendance and
check their Status.

MODULES DESCRIPTION
1.Company modules:
 Add , Update , Delete Company details such as
Company name, Contact person, Mobile number,
Address.
2.Stockin Modules:
 Add New Stock, Edit Stock detail like price,
Quantity in system.
 Delete stock from system.
3.Client modules:
 Add/Update/Delete Client Details.
 Client is a Customer of our system.

4.Sales Modules:
 Sales is a main modules of system.
 Sell Product from system through sales modules.
5.Reports Modules:
 Generate reports like
-> Stock in Report
-> Sales Report
-> Total Stock Report
6.Login user Modules:
 Create new user for login .

 The System has been developed ,by using VB.net
and MS Access, the system was able to process
and update the database with more case.
The operator can add, delete and update the
records in the database with ease.
Thus the project “MEDICAL STORE
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM “ can be attired in
accordance with the future requirements of the
organization.
