 A blog (shortening of “weblog”) is
an online journal or informational
website displaying information in
the reverse chronological order, with
latest posts appearing first. It is a
platform where a writer or even a
group of writers share their views on
an individual subject.
There are many reasons
to start a blog for personal
use and only a handful of
strong ones for business
blogging. Blogging for
business, projects, or
anything else that might
bring you money has a very
straightforward purpose.
The appearance of blogs changed
over time, and nowadays blogs
include different items. But, most
blogs include some standard
features and structure. Here are
common features that a typical blog
will include:
Header with the menu or
navigation bar
Main content area with highlighted
or latest blog posts
Sidebar with social profiles, favorite
content, or call-to-action
Footer with relevant links like a
disclaimer, privacy policy, contact
page, etc.

 In the early 2000s, blogging emerged in
all different phases when several
political blogs were born. Also, blogs
with how-to manuals began to appear.
Established institutions began to note
the difference between journalism and
blogging. The number of bloggers in
the United States is set to reach 31.7
million users in 2020.
Blogging is the set of many
skills that one needs to run and
control a blog. Equipping web
page with tools to make
the process of writing, posting,
linking, and sharing content
easier on the internet.
It’s important to mention
that blogging grows with
each passing day! Hence, to
answer the question ‘what is
blogging’ we need to look at
the factors behind its rise.
In the early stages, blogs
became mainstream, as news
services began using them as
tools for outreach and
opinion forming. It became a
new source of information.
In recent times, bloggers have
become famous for various reasons.
An alternative career or job to many,
more people are choosing to join
the ranks. So who are bloggers?
These are individuals who love
sharing parts of their lives with you.
They post various topics
from arts, home designs,
carpentry, and finance
articles. Bloggers are mobile
and don’t need to be in one
place. They live on the
internet!
 Kennon Road aka the “zigzag road”,
is a very scenic highway located in
northern Luzon island of the
Philippines. It is one of the many route
that link Baguio to lowland towns.
Kennon Road has a length of 41.2 km, it
links the famous city of Baguio (the
summer capital of the Philippines), at
an elevation of 5,500 feet above the sea
level, to the lowland town of Rosario in
La Union province.
 Kennon Road is one of the
most dangerous roads in the
country especially during the
rainy seasons. Most of the
road accidents occur due to
landslides which makes it
prone to closure during
heavy rains.
 Thanks to TPLEX, trip to Baguio
is now easier and faster! And your
trip won’t be complete without
experiencing Kennon Road. The
drive is definitely worth it. But
please remember to be extra
cautious when driving, and please
do not drive in the late afternoon,
the roads are not safe at night
expect to encounter sharp turns and
 Also, you will see a lot of
road rehabilitation so please be
extra careful, some portions of
the road are not strong enough
to hold the weight of vehicle.
So, watch out for the warnings
and don’t drive fast!
