Inspection w/ solder balls

Out of 60 observations 52% of the units does not have solder


balls and most of the time the operator is just doing it for extra
handling/motion. The average inspection time is 3 seconds per
unit which is very fast and can be eliminated.

Recommendation:

Eliminate the FVI on casing since 52% of the inspection time the operator is
not seeing any solder balls from the units. And most of time the operator is
just handling the units for the sake that she inspected it . And the process has
a yield of 99.9% .
