ABOUT THE CITY :-

 Dwarka is one of the newest sub – city developed in

the southern part of Delhi. It is mostly residential and
it is also referred to as the ‘Model Township’ .
 Apart from residential, it also has Commercial
complex as well as Hospital and Educational institutes.
 The planned structure of Dwarka includes respective
residential sectors designed to accommodate a
population of about 30,000 each.
 It also has walkways, community facilities and roads
connecting all the sectors together.
 With the help of metro stations Dwarka is easily
accessible.

• Dwarka, Delhi comes under zone K – II, a more

recent development happening in Sothern part
of Delhi.
• This zone is a mix of commercial and residential
land use.

metro line.

the city to easily access the site due to good connectivity
from the roadways as well as metro.

within 1km.

sector – 9, making it easy to travel from long distances.
• The site is surrounded by roads from all four sides.
• The roads along the non residential area are 2ways 9 m
wide roads for smooth traffic movement and along the
residential edge there is only one way road.
• The site has proximity one police station and a hospital.
