Vision
We prepares our students to become future community leaders who are
productive, thoughtful and inspiring citizens. We provide several
opportunities for them to serve their communities through various
meaningful connections with diverse cultural/ethnic groups. Through their
active participation, they learn to connect and build friendships with other
civic-minded students. Together, they forge new dynamic teams that seek
better understanding when they resolve social issues.

● UCC will post the events in the Facebook page a week before the event’s day.
● After register the event through the Google Form, the participants will selected by Liaison
team in first come first serve based. Participants can check the application status through the
Google Spreadsheet that shared in the same place of the event posting.
● WhatsApp group will created after the participants are selected.
● After attended the events, participants will get an Attendance Report (Google Form) to fill and
submit to UCC within 7 days (count from the event day). If the report not receiving within the
7 days, the UCC points are not allocate to participants.
● 10 days after the event’s day, participant can check their UCC points through the link that
share in the UCC Facebook page.

Attendance Report
● UCC Attendance Report (Jan’19 - April’19):

● It is uses to tracking the attendance of participants in all the events.
● In the report, an event’s photo is needing to upload into the Attendance Report.
● The report is needed to submit within 7 days (count from the event’s day), the UCC
points will not allocate to the participants if fail to submit within 7 days.

● After 10 days from the event’s day, UCC points will updated and it is able to check

UCC Exemption Form

● UCC Exemption is only applicable for
those scholars who are doing internship
or FYP2.
● After submitted the UCC Exemption
form, an email will send to the
applicants to confirm the exemption.
● The UCC Exemption is only effective
after approval email is received.

Warning & Misconduct: Code of Conduct

1. Scholars who are under UCC are expected to fulfil their UCC Requirement as stated in the
“UCC Journey”. Failing which, scholars will be arranged to have a UCC Review with the UCC
Director/ UCC Assistant Director on a semester basis.
2. Upon participating in any UCC event(s), scholars agree to:
1. To help the UCC programme to fulfil the project at the organisation project.
2. To perform their volunteering role to the best of their ability.
3. To meet the time commitments and standards undertaken, other than in exceptional circumstances, and provide
reasonable notice(s) so that alternative arrangements can be made.
3. Scholars are expected to present the right attitude throughout any activity that they have
registered in and to follow the Code of Conduct of the UCC Collaborator(s) of the event that
scholars are participating in.
4. For any violation of conduct, UCC remains the right to take any action upon scholars under the
UCC Programme.

the questions from all the scholars.
● It is the only way for scholars to
asking any questions that related to
UCC.
● The answer for all the questions will
send out through the email.
