Subjective / Difficult to Define : Quality is always subjective matter.
Everyone’s experience with the product may be different. Good experience
customer praise it but bad experience customer may discriminate the product in
terms of quality . So quality is difficult from person to person.
● Perception of Product Excellence: Talking about quality product all the
products should have maximum quality and performance, durability possible.
Shape,size, Performance/Durability/Shape of Size of the product should
accurately same.
● Zero Defect / TQM / Six Sigma: The quality product also refers to zero-defect
product i.e no defect at all. Eg. Apple products usually don't face any defects in
their gadgets. TQM/Sigma Six refers to the process of continuous improvement
process to make sure the product has no defect at all.
