• Amodal perception is the term used to
describe the full perception of a physical
structure when it is only partially perceived.
Modal completion is a similar phenomena in
which a shape is perceived to be occluding
other shapes even when the shape itself is not
drawn.
• Depth perception is the visual ability to
perceive the world in three dimensions.
Although any animal capable of moving
around its environment must be able to sense
the distance of objects in that environment.
• Depth perception arises from a variety of
depth cues. These are typically classified into
binocular cues that require input from both
eyes and monocular cues that require the
input from just one eye
• The viewer sees the size and detail of the scene as if it were close enough
to touch, but the camera's perspective is still derived from its actual
position a hundred meters away, so background faces and objects appear
about the same size as those in the foreground.
• Trained artists are keenly aware of the various methods for indicating
depth and take advantage of them to make their works appear "real"

BRAND PERCEPTION
• The purpose of conducting a brand
perception survey is to understand how your
brand is viewed in the market, what brand
attributes are preferred by customers, and to
identify how your customers competitively
position your products/services.
• Successfully measuring brand equity and
awareness can help companies tailor their
marketing mix in a way that is not only cost-
effective but also strategic in the long run.
