QC measures to be implemented for completion of work with specification
and requirement

Responsibilities of QC Personnel:

QC Manager:
 Review construction drawings and procedures
 Perform executed work as per approved plan
 Track and maintain daily update
 Manage all on the site
Project Manager:
 Progress of work
 Safety of work
 Drawing and information
 Resources management
 Cost management
 Work schedule

Site Engineer/ Supervisor

 Master file of QC plan will be maintained at Site

Objective and target :


 to avoid any LTI (Lost time injury) in the construction period
 Zero Fatality
 To have no major environmental spill
 No security breach

Project Manager:
 Ensure the setting up site HSE rule and regulation.
 Periodic meeting and review
 Patrol the site to check the status of work
In-charge HSE (Site)
 Set up a site HSE Organization and define their roles
 Develop Site HSE plan
 Patrol the site to check the status
HSE Site inspector:
 Monitor the site and inspect the work
 Advice the Construction manager

Construction Manage:
 Guide subordinate in ensuring their roles and responsibility for HSE
 Ensure that safe work procedure/method
 Report to the project manager
 Ensure full participation of his team in HSE training
