I am most senior officer in Bhopal office. I have my Senior at Head Offices.

 Frequency of face to face interaction:


Daily Interaction with their team in the evening. We have some sort of informal
discussion about sale in the whole day and also plan for the next day.

 Teaming Efforts:
We do all work as a team and always trying to motivate each other by
giving references of clients to each other in a tough situation
 CONFLICTS:
As an insurance company, we face lot of conflicts between my team members
regarding selection of clients, as they all move in the market at the same time. So,
sometime that they make their calls to the same clients. So, in that situation they
fight for that client.

 Resolution ofConflicts:
As we have the daily sales report of each and every candidate, so on the basis of
that we identify that which candidate call that customer first. Then we sit together
in the evening and solve that conflict.

 motivating TEAM:
By giving them boost, and also provide them incentives on achieving their targets.
 Personal Relation:
We are like brothers.
