Executive Summary
The Klasiko Cupcake is a cupcake shop located at Barangay San
Jose, Navotas City. The Klasiko Cupcake expects to catch the interest of
a regular loyal customer base with its different Classic Filipino Flavored
cupcake products and fresh juices and shakes. By the help of the
gathered data from the local municipality of business location,
barangay and by conducting surveys the business plans to build a
strong market position in the city due to mild competitive climate in the
area. The Klasiko Cupcake aims to offer its products at competitive
price to meet the demand of the middle to higher income local market
area residents and tourists.

• What flavors of pastry (especially cupcake) do customers
prefer?
• What promotional activities of the business will catch the
attention of the customers that will make the business more
popular?
• What are the possible strengths and weaknesses of the

SERVICES
The Klasiko Cupcake offers a
different Classic Filipino Flavored
Cupcakes and Fruit Shakes and Juices.
The Cupcakes are combined with the
famous Filipino flavors like Choknut,
Polvoron, Yema, Ube and the
specialty of the business the “Pulot
Cupcake”. The Klasiko Cupcake caters
to all of its customers through Dine In
or Take Out to each customer
cupcake and fruit shake and juices
made to suit the customer down to
the smallest detail.

CONCLUSION
Based on the gathered data by the researchers:
1. The customer also prefers Filipino Flavored Cupcakes such as
Choknut Cupcake and Pulot Cupcake having the highest
number from the conducted survey.
2. Promoting the business in Social Media is the most efficient
way to gather customer.
3. The possible strength of the business is having a unique
flavor of product while the weakness is the location because
of being prone to floods.
4. Therefore, the researchers conclude that this feasibility study
is feasible and viable according to the financial projection
showing that the business is able to generate profit.
