 Executive Summary
• The Klasiko Cupcake is a cupcake shop located at Barangay San Jose,
Navotas City. The Klasiko Cupcake expects to catch the interest of a
regular loyal customer base with its different Classic Filipino Flavored
cupcake products and fresh juices and shakes. By the help of the
gathered data from the local municipality of business location,
barangay and by conducting surveys the business plans to build a
strong market position in the city due to mild competitive climate in
the area. The Klasiko Cupcake aims to offer its products at competitive
price to meet the demand of the middle to higher income local
market area residents and tourists.
