Verbal cues refer to
what a person says
(words) and how he
or she says the
words such as voice,
volume or pitch.
Voice- musical sound produced by the
vocal folds and resonated by the cavities
of head and throat

Volume or Pitch- the degree of


loudness or the intensity of a sound
also : LOUDNESS
Non-verbal cues
include body language
such as eye contact,
facial expressions and
gestures.
I will present to you a short
script of a
TV Broadcasting. I will
read it first applying the
verbal and non verbal
cues. After that, I will call
someone to do the same.
