A Company Policy is a plan of action adopted by a company. These policy

meets and exceeds the requirements of their customers, meeting all legal
requirements and have overall beneficial impact on the company and client
relationship.

A Quality Policy must be documented and shared with all employees.

Process vs. Procedure vs. Work Instruction
Process means any activity or set of activities that uses
resources to transform inputs into outputs.

Procedure - A procedure outlines how to perform a


process, such as Purchasing, Storing & Manufacturing

Work Instructions describe how to perform a task,


which is a more detailed portion of the procedure
such as "Completing a PO" .
