WHAT IS IT?

Leather is a durable and


flexible material created
by the treatment of
animal skin through a
tanning process of
external tissues, mainly
cattle or cow as it is
usually expressed.

ORIGIN

The word "leather" comes from the


Latin "curium" which means (animal skin,
tanned), the beginnings of the use of
this material date from the beginnings
of civilization, when our ancestors
hunted large animals that later took
advantage of them, used their fur to
make coats and protect themselves from
the cold, the fangs were used to make
rudimentary weapons and, the skin to
make shoes, normally.

HOW IS THIS MADE?

Production or manufacturing range from


artisanal work to large-scale industry. In this
case the process of preparation and
preparation is called leather goods, it comes
from Moroccan leather crafts product of
talented artisans inspired by their
traditional heritage that they made of these
items, which was characterized by being thin
and lustrous.
