INTRODUCTION
 The mobile application has made all traditional
modes of business outdated and generated
amazing new possibilities in business.
 Recent development in internet has boosted the
extension of online food services by facultative
individuals in looking, comparing costs and
handling access to these services.
 A technically developed online food
ordering system has changed the
restaurant’s culture drastically and gives
a new amazing comfort zone to the
people across the globe.

 Companies have changed their traditional


business strategies into online marketing
to suit customer needs and taste at any
time.
 Thus, this project assesses the study of
marketing strategies of food apps in
India.
Research Objectives
 To examine how have technology played
an important role in the restaurant
industry.

 To examine factors affecting attitude of


customers regarding food delivery apps.

 To examine the relationship between food


delivery app and the facilities provided by the
same.
Research Methodology
 Data Collection:
 Primary Data is collected through Questionnaire.
 Secondary data is collected through research papers,
journals, articles, etc.
 Sample Size: 50
 Sampling Technique: Random Sampling
