IMPLAN:

“BROTHER’S
KEEPER”
PURPOSE
This IMPLAN provides guidelines and procedures by
compelling Unit Commanders / Immediate
Supervisor / Squad Leaders at all times accountable
of his/her personnel (PNP/NUP) within his
jurisdiction.
 SITUATION:
In order to address various issues and concerns
relative to the directive of the CPNP to cleanse its
own ranks.
In order to closely monitor personnel’ attendance,
compliances, hit target dates, identify co-workers
engaged in illegal activities and to institute
appropriate actions against them.
 MISSION:
The District Director in its strong
desire to clean up the ranks of SPD in
accordance with the Internal
Cleansing Strategy to identify and
weed out defiant PNP personnel…
 OBJECTIVES:
1) Remove misfits, scalawags and
undesirable from the organization.
2) Strictly inform the existing
disciplinary mechanisms.
3) Transform erring personnel to
become productive members of the
organization.
 OBJECTIVES:
4) Compel the Unit Commander/
Immediate Supervisor/Squad Leader (SQL)
to closely supervise their personnel and to
exercise their disciplinary authorities.
5) Hold all Unit Commander/ Immediate
Supervisor/Squad Leader (SQL) of this PPS
accountable for non-action of their erring
personnel.
 CONCEPT OF
OPERATIONS:
This IMPLAN implies a much higher
level of responsibility to closely
supervise all personnel to include the
development of their individual tasks
provided in their job descriptions,
designation and tasks.
 IMPLAN
EXECUTION:
All personnel of this PMPS are hereby
directed to organize an 8-man squad
that will lead by Senior Non-
Commissioned Officer (in case there’s
none) a Junior Non-Commissioned
Officer maybe designated in case of
PNCOs or Senior High Salary Grade NUP
in the case of NUPs.
 TASKING:
-Squad Leaders (SQL)
-Section Chiefs /
Sector Supervisors
-Chief, Admin of Units / Offices
