ANDRIOD APPLICATION TO

CONTROL THE HOME DEVICES

 INTRODUCTION

Android application is one part of the information revolution

that empowers people’s life. Day to day app development grows as long
as smart phone networks grows. This project show how to control the
single purpose household devices such as fan, TV, lamps etc. through
an android app with in the usage of a smart phone.
 EXISTING SYSTEM

Every devices are being controlled by an remote or a switch,

this makes the difficulty of carrying the remote of each and every
devices. Each and every device needs its on wavelength and frequency
to get the signal from the remote hence each device should have an
remote for its operation. The application that is to being created is
capable of controlling the operations of each device individually as well
as multiple operation can be performed.
 PROPOSED SYSTEMS

An IC (Integrated Circuit) build at the power supply of the device

enables to control the on and off feature of the device. The IC chip is
being programmed to accesses the signal from the smartphone and to
transmit the status of the device. The receiving and transmitting signals
are being programmed as an Android Application to provide a user
interface by enabling the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connectivity.

The effective use of each device is an important factor of technology. Controlling

of different devices with a in single device leads to many advantages. Controlling
of the household devices such as fan, tv, lamps etc. through a smartphone leads
to the avoid the usage of remotes for each. As today, smartphone are part of
the human body the efficient use of the household devices as well as the
smartphone becomes possible with in an android application.
