 The practice of measuring, disclosing, and being


accountable to internal and external stakeholders for
organizational performance towards the goal pf
sustainable development.
The scope of sustainability report can vary. This is due to
differences in:
a. The topics on which an organization reports
b. The limits of the entity being reported on
c. An organization’s activities

Hold a kickoff meeting

Kickoff meeting is the first meeting with the project team.

This meeting introduces the members of the project team


and provides the opportunity to disscuss the role of team
members
