Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST) and
the RPMS Manual for Teachers and School
Heads;
• Identify the key concepts of the Manual and the

created from the Rationalization Plan (Rat Plan) as
one of the new bureaus in DepEd.

▪It started its operations in 2016, and is now on its 3 rd


year.
