  It is a French multinational automobile manufacturer.


 It is established in 1899.
 The company produces a range of cars and vans, and in the past has
manufactured trucks, tractors, tanks, buses/coaches, aircraft engines,
and autorail vehicles.

 Product : cars, tractors, buses, aircraft engines


 Place: The manufacturing units of Renault have been largely based in the
native region. Europe alone accounts for about 75% of the total manufacturing
units across the globe.
 Price: Renault has a clear pricing strategy. Vehicles are categorized into
segments according to the markets they target. The major categories are of
small budget vehicles, SUV’s and luxury sedans.
 Promotion: The promotional strategies like direct selling or high profile
advertising will suit if the company wants to push the product. 
SWOT Analysis

 Strengths: Highly successful at Go To Market strategies for its products, High


level of customer satisfaction
 Weaknesses: Limited success outside core business
 Opportunities: Opening up of new markets because of government
agreement.
 Threats: Rising raw material can pose a threat to the Renault profitability.
CONCLUSION

 After whole research, it was observed that Renault has great success in this
globe. It is international company which is getting profit with the help of
government agreement.
