INTRODUCTION

LEGAL: It refers to something that is prescribed by


law.
ENVIRONMENT: Refers to a setting or condition were
business activities take place.
LEGAL ENVIRONMENT: connotes the rules and
regulations existing in a place within which business
activities are conducted.
SMALL-HOLDER FARMER: A farmer who produces in
small quantities mainly for consumption and the
surplus for sale.
