OBSERVED GAPS

• Organizational space is narrow


• Frequent power cut, slow system, malfunctioning Xerox machine and
ATM problems
• Shortage of essentials like ball pen, glue, A4 paper etc.
RECOMMENDATIONS

• Opening new branches with ATM facilities


• Updating the system and replacing Xerox machine
• Use of inverter for power supply
• Storage of ball pens, glue, A4 paper etc.
