 INTRODUCTION

 The present work constitutes the interaction of the documentation on

the environmental audits of the production process (emissions and
waste), in a fire extinguisher maintenance company, as well as applying
the various knowledge learned in the Environmental Engineering
degree.
 The position that we will develop within Integral Environmental Technical
Systems (SITA), will be as Environmental Auditors, this is in charge of
verifying on the floor the manufacturing processes that the company
uses, helping us with the documentation of the organization, being a link
of great weight between the managerial, administrative and production
part.
 DEVELOPMENT

 We going to do a mechaninms to the recovery or the phosphorum and

nitrogen a partir of the chemical dust.
 The firts step is make chemical pruebes to know how to we can recover
the element that we want have, these pruebas can be analizing with
help of the oficial mexican standarst.
 These pruebas we maked in the laboratoty to know the porcentaje of
these element in the chemical dust, from these results we kwnow how to
disspose that waste.
 ADVANTAGES AND
DISADVANTAGES
Some of the advantages and disadvantages that we find for the
project are:
ADVANTAGES
 It facilitates the development of
organisms such as earthworms.
 Test a slow release of nutrients
that occur when microorganisms
in the soil degrade organic
material
 The action of the beneficial fungi
and bacteria in the soil is
increased
DISADVANTAGES
 Most organic fertilizers cannot
be used by plants
immediately.
 It can cause a temporary
decrease in nitrogen in plants,
only in some plants.
 They cannot be used by plants
immediately.
 CONCLUSIONS

The implementation of a correct handling of chemical dust from fire extinguishers

represents a well-being for workers, for example:
 Prevents chemical dust from spreading inside the facilities and entering the
respiratory system of workers installations
 The particles will not reach the outside, and will not contaminate the green areas of
the facilities.
 Guarantees the total storage of the waste, in accordance with the provisions of the
official Mexican regulations. The methodology of the use of the Mexican official
standards for phosphorus separation.
 In the fireworks industry, use as an insecticide or even to make matches.
 The use of phosphorus after a useful life, in addition to generating readmissions to the
company, and an environmentally friendly ethic.
