present report about the manager of Everest
bank Mr. Satish Pratap Singh. And also we

 He communicates
with around 30 to 40
people in his daily
activities. His nature
of communication
was some time
formal and
sometime informal.
 How many tasks you perform and if you
experience any interruption?

There are so many task of branch manager

coordinating with head office , solving problems
of customers whether it is deposit or loan or
walking customers, visiting unit and its collateral
security marketing for deposit and loan, search
new ventures various social meetings, staffs
meetings daily report checking etc.
 As all people are not of same
nature and back ground, if the
level of thinking is different than
there goes problem so, many time
there is interruption also.
For calls and meeting number of mails (time
spend).

Around more than 50 calls ring on his

phone but only few of them he receives and
25 to 30 e-mail daily on his mail and he see
only few of them on his mailbox.
With employees and the time required for
meeting.
He generally do monthly meeting with
staffs at branch, however he do everyday
short meeting with staffs before starting
operation of branch.
However, head office conduct quarterly
branch managers meeting also.
