Is a management style wherein one person


controls all the decisions and take very little
inputs from other group members Autocratic
leaders make choices or decisions based on
their own beliefs and do not involve others
for their suggestion or advice.

• Little or no input from group members

• Decision making power in the hands of the leader

• dictation of all the work methods and processes by group leaders

• Highly structured and very rigid work processes

• low trust on group members with respect to important tasks

• Discouragement of creativity

• excessive emphasis on rules
