SKYPLESHIP
Sometimes you can have a difficult time trying to meet
in small groups. Maybe you live or work abroad. Maybe
you live and work too far away from the nearest small
group. Maybe your schedule doesn’t align with the
people nearby. Or maybe you just can’t leave your home
at all. It can be very frustrating.

We understand. That’s why there’s Skypleship. Through

Skypleship, you can meet regularly with small groups
online to study God’s Word, to fellowship with and to
pray for fellow believers, and to provide mutual support
and accountability.

G LO B A L L E A D E R S H I P C E N T E R
A Bible-based and application-driven discipleship training that
helps move the Christ-committed follower along the
discipleship journey.
HISTORY
In the 1980s, God
touched the hearts of a
couple to begin a
movement that would
lead to the transformation
of lives for the greater
glory of God.
Ptr. Peter & Deonna Tan - Chi
1982
Peter Tan-Chi began an
evangelistic home Bible study in
the Brookside Subdivision,
Cainta. Only three couples
attended that first bible study in
the home of Ike and Del
Punsalang, but as they began to
invite their friends, the Bible Brookside Home

study grew. Eventualy, the Bible

study moved to San Juan,
meeting in the garage of Loreto
Carbonel.
1984
A core group of 40 people –
businessmen, professionals,
and their families – emerged
from these Bible studies. This
core group met at the Asian
Institute of Management
(AIM) for their first Sunday CCF AT AIM

worship service as Christ’s

Commission Fellowship.
1987 – 1988
The continuous growth of
CCF moved the worship
service from AIM to the
Greenbelt Theater. Later,
in 1988, services were
moved to the Philippine
International Convention
CCF AT PICC
Center (PICC) Mini-Theater
then to the 4,500-seat
Plenary Hall.
1990 - 1994
Sunday worship services were
moved to the Valle Verde
Country Club in Pasig. With the
number of worshippers from the
south of Metro Manila growing,
CCF decided to form a separate
congregation in Parañaque. Thus,
the first satellite church, CCF
CCF AT VALLE VERDE
Sucat, was established. It later
moved from Parañaque to Sucat
Road in 1994.

Various CCF satellites were established in the next
few years. CCF Pampanga, CCF Cebu and CCF
Malaybalay in Bukidnon were founded. The south
Metro Manila congregation move to their new
home in CCF Alabang. Additionally, CCF Pasig
(Ever Gotesco), CCF Davao and CCF Malolos were
established. By 2005, CCF Marikina and CCF
Isabela were formed.
2006

CCF planted its first

international satellite church
– CCF Singapore.
2009 – 2012
CCF began live streaming of Sunday worship services
online. CCF Eastwood, CCF Naga, CCF La Union and
CCF Bataan were founded followed by CCF Iligan and
CCF Dipolog. The next national satellites to be
established were CCF Makati, CCF Muntinlupa, CCF
Las Piñas, CCF Antipolo, CCF Binangonan, CCF
General Trias, CCF Valencia and CCF Manolo Fortich.
After a year, CCF Paranaque, CCF Bacoor and CCF
Noveleta were started.

In 2012, CCF launched more international satellites in

Auckland (New Zealand), Prince (Canada) and Los Angeles
PRESENT

In 2019, CCF has over 100,000 members and 70

satellites in the Philippines alone.
CCF has satellite churches and small groups in
other parts of the world, including North
America, Australia, the Middle East, and Asia.
CCF has also helped form over 600 small groups
in East Asia and over 12,000 house churches
and small groups in South Asia.
CCF is a unique fellowship composed and led by
lay men and women, all of whom still share
God’s love and the Gospel in the style of the first
century Christians: in small groups, in their
homes, communities and workplaces.

STATEMENT OF FAITH
About God
We believe that there is
only one GOD eternally
existent in three persons –
Father, Son and Holy
Spirit. He is the Creator of
Heaven and Earth.
About Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ in the flesh was both God
and Man, that He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and
born of a virgin. He lived a sinless life. He was crucified
and He died to pay the penalty of death for our sins. By
His shed blood, the Lord Jesus Christ made a perfect
sacrifice for sin once and for all time and was raised from
the dead on the third day. Later He ascended to the
Father’s right hand where He is the Head of the Church
and intercedes for believers. We believe He is coming
again to the Earth bodily and visibly to set up His
About the Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is God and
possesses all the Divine attributes. He indwells
all believers, baptizes and seals all believers at
the moment they trust in Jesus Christ to be
their only Savior and Lord. He controls and
empowers all true believers to live the
Christian life in response to their obedience,
confession of sin, and yieldness to Him.
About Salvation
We believe that Salvation, with its forgiveness
of sins, impartation of a new nature, and
eternal life, is a free gift from God received
when a person trusts in Jesus Christ to be their
only Savior and Lord. Salvation is given by
God’s grace and cannot be earned by man
through good works, baptism, church
membership or any other means. (Ephesians 2:
About Good Works
We believe that good works are not
the means of salvation but are the
expected product in the life of a true
believer in Christ. It is every believer’s
responsibility to pursue a life of good
works through the power of the
indwelling Holy Spirit.
About every Christian’s Mission
We believe that it is God’s will and
command for every Christian to be
actively engaged in telling others how to
establish a personal relationship with God
through faith in Jesus Christ and in
discipling those who respond to this good
news of salvation pursuant to Matthew 28:
