USER INSTRUCTIONS

HOW TO OPERATE.
1. FOR OPERATING CPT SOFTWARE YOU HAVE TO FIRST OPEN THE SOFTWARE FROM THE DESKTOP ICON (CPT WEIGHBRIDGE)

2. AFTER OPENING THE (CPT WEIGHBRIDGE) WRITE DOWN THE USER NAME AND PASSWORD FOR THE OPERATOR AND LOG IN.

3. AFTER LOGGING IN THE MAIN MENU PAGE OF SOFTWARE WILL BE IN FRONT OF YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN.

4. ALL THE MAIN FUNCTIONS INCLUDING TARE WEIGHT, GROSS WEIGHT,FILLING TICKET FORM,TICKET PRINT,DATABASE EDIT,
LIST WEIGHMENT,STATUS WINDOW AND REPORTS PRINTING ARE DONE.

DESCRIPTION. (FIG:1)

Indicator Interface Indicator interface is the main item in the main page in which the auto weight coming from weighbridge comes through interface
and all the necessary functions for weighing ticket perform in this indicator interface including tare weight, gross weight ,ticket form,
fexi fields and saving of weight ticket as shown in (fig:1)

Gross Weight When the vehicle coming on weighbridge is loaded then weight will be transferred to gross weight column by clicking the column
with mouse cursor. As shown in (fig:1)
Tare Weight when the vehicle coming on weighbridge is empty then weight will be transferred to tare weight column by clicking the column with
mouse cursor as shown in (fig:1)
Database In Database item all the the fields required to fill the ticket form like vehicle or truck number, driver name , transporter ,material
name, customer name and area which are compulsory for weight ticket been saved. In database item there is separate database
folder for all form fields in which operator can save and edit vehicle number, material and customer etc.

Weight ticket form In weight ticket form all the database field are present which is to be filled during weighment whether weight is tare or gross first or
second without filling these fields in form operator can not save the weight.(fig:1)
Flexi fields These fields are the customize fields in weight ticket in which the values and name can be changed these fields are not compulsory
for saving weight ticket.(fig:1)
Save When the single weighment of vehicle is done whether gross or tare and all the compulsory form fields are filled operator has to
click the (save) to save the data for single weighment.
Save + Ticket When the complete weighment of ticket is done including tare, gross and net weight and all the compulsory form fields are filled
operator has to click the (save + ticket) to save data and to get the print of weight ticket.
Status window Status window is shown at the left side of indicator interface it indicates the number of vehicles inside which have done only one
time weight tare or gross (fig:1)
Enter Enter is used to refresh the page after weighment is done

Weighments To go back to previous weighment or to reprint the previous tickets in the list weighment.
PRINTING AND REPORTS

FIRST WEIGHT 
When the operator wants to take the first weight of vehicle he has to follow the steps as described open the indicator interface and select the
weight coming on auto weight box if the vehicle is empty take the weight on tare box and if the vehicle is loaded click on gross box after that
fill the compulsory form fields for ticket if flexi values required also fill the flexi fields. And then click (save0 to save the first weighment if the
operator wants the print ticket for the first weighment instead of clicking (save) click the (save + ticket) to get the print for first weighment.

SECOND WEIGHT
After performing first weight when vehicle come back again after loading or unloading depends upon the nature of first weight refresh
the indicator interface as described and write the  vehicle number  same as of first weight which saved  or operator can also used status
window for this purpose after entering the same vehicle number all the data which was saved on first weighment will automatic come
including first weight now complete the weight ticket by taking second weight after second weight you will get the net weight also  now
click the (save + ticket)  to save and get the print of weight ticket. 

 REPORTS

To get the daily, weekly and monthly reports of weighment wise, material wise ,customer wise and vehicle grouped operator has to go
to the ( Reports) item of menu click on the reports and go to weighment ledger where operator can get and print the required report.
