 Samarth Bharat Parva
Samarth Bharat Parva is the celebration of Strength of India,
observed from 25th December
the first day of Swami Vivekananda’s meditation on Rock in
1892
- to 12th January – Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary.
In this presentation we shall have reflect upon the glory of our
forefathers ,
balance of NISHREYAS and ABHYUDAYA

As Swamiji has observed

”On India depends the future of World.”

Earth Flat or Spherical ?
“Bhugolah sarvato vrittah”- the earth is round from all
sides

Diameter of the earth was also known

Bhaskaracharacharya (11c. AD) in his book “Leelavathi”

answers a question posed by a little girl Leelavathi.

Then during 16th /17th century Kepler, Copernicus &

Galileo found the same to be true, before that west
believed earth is flat
 Many Indian Apples had fallen before Newton’s

 Varahamihira (6th century AD) had observed the same

in Pancha Sidhanthi in 13.14)

 Surya Sidhantha- (12.32) Because of Dharanatmika

sakti, earth is standing firm without falling away.

 Leelavathi explains “earth has guruthvakarsna sakti”

& due to mutual attraction between planets, they are able
to hold each other firmly in space.

Ancient Indian Astronomical texts are replete with the Gravitational laws. It is not fair
to say that Newton had discovered them first ……….
Who is going around ?
All ancient Vedic knowledge is very lucid in its
expression about sun being the centre of our universe.

All celestial bodies are moving in elliptical orbits (RV1.164.1)

Moon being the sub planet of earth is revolving around the

motherly planet, as earth revolving around the sun. (RV 10.189.1)

Copernicus in 1453 was persecuted for propounding sun is

the centre of our universe and earth is moving around. Later
Galileo supported this view and became the sinner in the
eyes of church.
Unfortunately they never studied Rig Veda, which was translated into English By Maxmullar (1890) .
 Hridayam: Dil Ki Baat.

Hridayam difined as under

‘Hru’ means harinay (that receives)

‘Da’ means daanay. (that gives)
‘Ya’ means enngathow.
( that circulates)

Sushruta Says,
“Heart disease are caused because of
‘kapha’ and ‘pita’ and thus thickening and
narrowing of coronary arteries resulting in
acute pain in the chest and difficulty in
breathing

judge Mahadev Govind Ranade.
Invented by Sanskrit scholar named “Siva Kumar Bapuji
Talapade”

Then on 17th Dec 1903 Write Brothers flew their air craft, also
surprisingly became the first in human history.

21st century is wireless century, Radios, cell phone, satellite
communication, blue tooth all are working on Wireless Technology.

As early as 1895 Sri J.C Bose demonstrated this technology

in full public view in Calcutta.

He had blasted the gunpowder and made the bell ring, which
was one mile away from the place of demonstration.

September 21st 1896 J.C Bose delivered a lecture and demonstrated

at Royal Institute, London on Wireless transmission.

Marconi was also present in that session.

1901 Marconi had patented the technology

became the inventor and owner
