of unused stationeries and broadsheets were usied.
Many Japanese-sponsored Philippine government
documents, including vehicle registration receipt,
were printed on recycled paper then.

the Malolos Congress in Bulacan on September 15,1898.
Aguinaldo arrived in Malolos from Cavite in August of that

later together with 85 delegates.
