1:
Inhumanity
• Scene : When Poppy inhumanely kills Charles using a mincer.
• Analysis of behavior : It shows that Poppy do not have mercy towards
Charles.
• Application of theory : The quality of lacking consideration for others.
• Cause & Effect : People will be more scared to deal with her.
• Lesson : Poppy should discuss properly instead of making her cruel
decision.
 Critical incident 2 :
Unethical behavior.

• Scene : Brandon enters into Eggsy’s room without his permission.

• Analysis of the incident : Brandon shows unethical behavior in Eggsy’s
house.
• Application of the theory : It is inappropriate to enter into someone’s
room.
• Cause & effect : One’s trust would be affected.
• Lesson : It is important to not enters into someone’s room as it might
contain their privacy and their trust towards the person will be affected
 Critical incident 3:
Interruption in
communication
• Scene : when Harry ask Merlin “ How do I look ?”, Merlin did not finished
his words as the cowboy interrupts the conversation .
• Analysis of incident: Their communication was interrupted as the cowboy
came and giving harsh words to Harry.
• Application of the theory : It is impolite to interrupt a conversation with
someone you do not know.
• Cause & effect : People might feel offended and annoyed
• Recommendation : Should not involve in any conversation that does not
relate to you.

4 : Self centered
• Scene : The president being selfish as he did not wants to agree with
Mrs Fox idea to help the drugs addict.
• Analysis if the incident : The president did not give a good example to
his employee
• Application of theory : Concerned solely or chiefly with one’s own
interest
• Cause & effect : The president’s action will affect his relationship with
his employee.
• Recommendation : As a president, he should shows a good example to
his employees
 Critical incident 5:
Unprofessional
behavior
• Scene : When Mrs Fox face turns blue, the president knows that she
took a drug.
• Analysis of the incident : Mrs Fox is not being professional by taking a
drug that breach the company’s policy.
• Application of theory : Disruptive behavior will lead to potential risk to
the organization
• Cause and effect : The employee can be fired and they might not focus
on their work
• Recommendation : Mrs Fox should not take the drugs even though she
is feeling stressful.

guest
• Scene : When Champagne said “ I’m
Champagne” to Eggsy when he get into
the room.
• Analysis of the incident : The usage of
introduce name to guest in a
conversation.
• Application of theory : It is proper to
introduce your name towards guest.
• Cause & Effect : The word “ I’m
Champagne“ will make a person starting
to respect and comfortable.

• Scene : Eggsy said “ thank you for saving
agent Galahad to Champagne
• Analysis of the incident : The usage of
Saying thank you to a person who help
you make a person feel appreciated.
• Application of theory : It is proper to

you.
• Cause & Effect : The word “ Thank you“
will make a person starting to respect
and appreciated.

Welcome guest.
• Scene : When Arthur saw Merlin outside the room waiting for his
permission to come in.
• Analysis of the incident : Arthur is being professional and polite by
asking Merlin to invite him to come in.
• Application of theory : Respect value is a good behavior will lead to
make your guest feel special.
• Cause and effect : The guest will feel comfortable and respected.
 Conclusion

• We should :
• Have humanity
• Behave appropriately in someone’s house
• Not interrupt a conversation
• Not using offensive language
• Care about others

Everyone should live with respect and be polite with other people. Moreover, we
should consider whether it is worth interrupting the other person during a
conversation.
Furthermore, profanity can make you sound ignorant and you are setting a bad
example. Then you should be honest and have integrity in a workplace.
