Quality control
For quality control - appointed a supervisor
One of the partners is civil engineer so he takes care of the site quality.
Labor control
• A firm has done a contract with labor contractor with different work
and as per the specialization, for e.g. they had a contract of labor with
Bhulabhai Marwadi, specialist like electrician Mayur Bhavsar, plumber
Bhikhabhai.
• They paid them sometime on the basis of daily basis or as per the
contract.
• They paid at least minimum wages if it is as per the day.
• Sometimes they face a problem in completing the project as per the
time promise or estimated because of labor would not work during
Holi festival,Diwali, the workers would not come so they arrange other
workers on the temporary basis so that work not get affected that
much.
• To review the performance of the workers the owner or one of the
responsible person is taking care so that the quality is not getting
affected.

Conclusion
• The project of the firm is qualitative and low cost.
• But as they estimate the time to complete a project
it has exceeded the time because of uncertainty .
• so they should work on their schedule time.
