Introduction
 Foreign professionals are considered non-resident
when they are in another country in certain period of
an independent nature under a contract for service
and includes a foreign expert who is either invited by
government bodies, statutory boards, or private
organizations to impart their technical know-how or
expertise in a nation, a foreign speaker/academic
conducting seminars or workshops, Queen's Counsels,
Consultants, trainers, coaches and an individual who
operates through a foreign firm.
 In Malaysia we are absence of numerous foreign
professional and because of this circumstance foreign
professionals are expected to committed activities in
Malaysian industry. Foreign professionals bring
changes in Malaysian industries but it doesn’t mean
that local professionals professionalism endangered
or should not being concern much.
Objectives
 1. To find out the challenges faced by
foreign professionals.
 2. To study on the contribution made by the
foreign professionals in all industry.
 3. To find out the importance of foreign
professionals.
 4. To identify the acceptance of their
involvement among our local professionals.
 5. To find out how the Malaysian government
support the foreign professionals.

Conclusion

 Malaysia has professionals to run projects successfully from the beginning to


the very end.
 Yet involving foreign professionals in Malaysia’s industries is one alternative
to solve the professionals need.
 the foreign professionals are contributing their knowledge and skills to our
country to develop the local’s knowledge, contributing to the GDP growth and
generating the foreign exchange in order to ensure that the economic
development is smooth and more stable.
